Working with CFOflex

We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients as well as with our finance professionals. Becoming a CFOflex is choosing to work for several clients at the same time. It requires dedication and flexibility. It is challenging but also gives you more variety and satisfaction. Working for several clients increases and multiplies the impact of your knowledge and experience.

Working with CFOflex can be done in two different ways. You can co-operate as a self-employed finance professional or you can co-operate as a franchisee.

REQUIREMENTS

A CFOflex has to meet the following requirements:

• A master or post master degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or Controlling.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial management position with a minimum of 5 years at management team/board level.
• See the big picture without losing sight of the details.
• Business sense.
• Entrepreneurial skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Positive but critical attitude.
• Able to implement ideas and plans.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Planning and time management skills
